
SEYCHELLES (6 Days)
Plan the perfect 6-day Seychelles itinerary with the best beaches, islands, attractions, activities, stays, and travel tips for an unforgettable tropical getaway
Day 1: Mahe
Arrive at Mahe, the largest island in Seychelles.
Check-in to your hotel, relax a bit and head out to explore Victoria, the capital of Seychelles.
Visit the colorful Victoria market. See the famous clock tower in Victoria.
Head to the Beau Vallon Beach, in the evening and enjoy your dinner at a seaside restaurant.
Day 2: Mahe
If you are into trekking, then dedicate this day for the Morne Blanc Trail. The views are spectacular from the top. Another recommendation is the Copolia Trail.
If not trekking, then you can visit the Victoria Botanical Garden and watch the giant tortoises and see the largest seed in the world - coco de mer up close. In the afternoon, head to the beaches. Explore the Anse Major or any another west-coast beach.
Day 3: Praslin
Next day take a ferry from Mahe to Praslin. After a 75 minutes ferry, land in Praslin, known for its pristine beaches and unique nature.
Check-in to your hotel and visit the Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette beaches, considered as one of the most stunning beaches on the Earth.
Wander around the island, and explore the beautiful nature. Watch the sunset and have a relaxed evening at a sea side restaurant.
Day 4: Praslin
head to the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve and walk through a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
If you are interested you can also hire a boat and head to the Fond Ferdinand. Hike this larger, quieter nature reserve for sweeping hilltop views and more Coco de Mer palms.
Relax at the beach and enjoy the scenic beauty of the island.
Day 5: La Digue
take a 15 min ferry from Praslin to La Digue island. Check-in to your hotel and hire a bicycle. Bikes are the primary mode of transport in the island.
Visit the Anse Source d'Argent beach, the world-famous beach featuring giant pink-tinted granite boulders, shallow turquoise lagoons, and clear waters. You can hire a kayak and paddle through the lovely blue water.
Also visit the Grand Anse beach in the east coast. If you enjoy snorkeling and swimming, pack your bags with the essentials.
Day 6: Mahe
head back to Mahe from La Digue by ferry. A 1.5 hour ferry from La Digue to Praslin to Mahe, will bring you back to the biggest island in Seychelles.
Check-in to your hotel. Book a glass floor submarine tour and witness the turquoise water up close and watch the fishes swim past you. In the evening, check out the souvenirs in Victoria and end the day with a dinner at a sea-side restaurant.
Fly back home, next morning.
